The hog BBQ is the perfect way to celebrate if you have a large group and is very cost effective. We normally would recommend a group of 70+ guests...but we are happy to provide the Hog BBQ for smaller groups.
The hog takes around 7 hours to cook and the meat is very succulent and the salads fantastic!!!
